Appearance is key for the auto industry. And the launch of the redesigned Ford Mondeo was an opportunity to challenge this notion.
“The beauty within” campaign showcased the high-end sedan’s brains instead of the conventional beauty we’ve come to expect either perched on rotating platforms at car shows or sliding in slow motion through TV commercials. Highlighting function over form worked so well, it indeed paved new roads for the future of the brand’s portfolio.
